Every effort is made to keep the website up and running smoothly. However, Lionfish Slayer® takes no responsibility for, and will not be liable for, the website being temporarily unavailable due to technical issues beyond our control.
 
With regards to handling the Lionfish Slayer®:

  • Possibility spear tip could be fired out end of barrel turning it into a dangerous projectile.
  • Do not fire the Lionfish Slayer® above water.
  • Do not transport or swim with the Lionfish Slayer® banded.
  • Only band the Lionfish Slayer® when you intend to fire it.
  • Never fire the Lionfish Slayer® in the direction of anyone.
  • Only fire the Lionfish Slayer® at what you intend to shoot.
  • If someone other than myself uses the Lionfish Slayer®, they will do so under my instruction.
  • Use at your own risk.

 
Lionfish are dangerous. Their spines are venomous. Lionfish Slayer, LLC does not in any way guarantee or represent that you will not be injured by either the Lionfish or the Lionfish Slayer®. Before hunting Lionfish, you should learn the techniques that will reduce the danger to you, your dive buddy and others on the boat or shore.
 
Refund Policy
The Lionfish Slayer is a high-end quality specialty spear pole. We inspect each Slayer prior to shipment. For up to two years, if for any reason you wish to return for a full refund, please send an email with a picture of the Slayer. As long as the Slayer has not been abused and is in working condition, a refund will be issued upon receipt. Our mission is your satisfaction, we will work with you in good faith for any other type of issue. Bands are warranted for full refund for 30 days from purchase.
